When you sign in via Discord or Google, we receive and store your display name, email address, and profile avatar. We do not collect any additional personal information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to identify you within the app and personalize your experience. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Account data is stored on a server hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany). Chat messages sent to the AI advisor are processed by Anthropic's API and are not stored by Bellicarium after the session ends.
4. Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. No tracking or analytics cookies are used.
5. Your Rights
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, all personal data will be permanently removed.
